Ms. Gucfa
joined Forum Capital Partners in
2006. Prior to Forum, she was in
brokerage services with Cushman and
Wakefield, providing support in the
commercial leasing division. Previously,
Ms. Gucfa was a leasing agent and office
manager with the Franklin Companies, a
Rhode Island based real estate
development firm that specializes in
distressed property acquisition and
turnaround. Ms. Gucfa has a dual B.A. in
Political Science and Sociology from
Syracuse University.
