Ms. Lu joined Forum Capital Partners in 2008. Prior to Forum, she was an investment analyst with HRJ Capital, a California-based private equity fund of funds, conducting due diligence on venture capital fund investments. Previously, Ms. Lu was an investment banking analyst with UBS, working on various equity/debt financings and M&A transactions with companies in the technology sector. Ms. Lu has a B.B.A. in Finance and the Business Honors Program from The University of Texas at Austin.
